Mary Joselle Villafuerte during the Deed of Donation and Acceptance Signing and Turnover of various medicines for Barangays Tambobong, Tamugan, Wines, Gumalang, and Tawan-Tawan.

Apo Agua Infrastructura, Inc. (Apo Agua) reinforced its long-standing commitment to ensuring the health and safety of its host communities through its annual medical outreach program. In partnership with the Davao’s City Health Office and Committee on Health, Apo Agua once again donated medicines and supplies that are essential in combating the COVID-19 pandemic.

“As the pandemic continues to endanger the health and safety of Davaoeños and the rest of the country, we remain committed to finding different ways to assist our communities. Helping the government curb the spread of COVID-19 also mitigates its possible spread on our own work sites, thereby ensuring unimpeded construction for the Davao City Bulk Water Supply Project (DCBWSP),” said Apo Agua Operations Head Shake Tuason.

As part of the medical aid, Apo Agua turned over PhP 250,000 worth of medicines for its host barangays Tambobong, Tamugan, Wines, Gumalang, and Tawantawan.

To support the operations of the Malagos Vaccination Facility, Apo Agua provided acrylic barriers and signages that will help protect and guide both workers and residents getting vaccinated. The company also provided bottled water for vaccinees.
