AboitizLand continues innovation push with stronger and more sustainable homes using precast panel technology

AboitizLand, the real estate arm of the Aboitiz Group, celebrated the installation of the first precast concrete panels in the housing units in its seaside development, Seafront Residences in San Juan, Batangas. Partnering with Connovate Philippines, AboitizLand marked this milestone with a ceremony last May 5.

The move to use precast technology over traditional concrete hollow blocks is a significant milestone as AboitizLand continues in its thrust to innovate ways to bring more Filipinos home. AboitizLand and Connovate made their partnership official in December 2021 to construct eco friendly homes through Danish precast technology that uses high-strength concrete panels.
