In 2021, the Aboitiz Innovation Working Group (IWG) was formed as part of the Aboitiz Group’s focus on improving innovation maturity across its businesses. The team immediately went to work on developing the Innovation Maturity Framework to assess, analyze, and recommend areas of improvement to advance the innovation agenda. Along with this came a series of innovation milestones delivered by Aboitiz business units throughout the year.
